Had an insurance policy through Mindy. Called several times, even emailed. Had the corporate office try to conference call with her and never a response. I've paid 2 months for insurance I didn't need because I could need get ahold of her!
I've been a client for years now, and Robyn and Mindy are extremely helpful in making sure we get the best discounts and deals that we can, and are very responsive to requests and question.
Great to work with, they made my bundle with more coverage along with an umbrella policy. It cost me a little more but much better coverage.
We love having our insurance here! I especially appreciate how helpful they are. Anytime I have a question, Mindy’s team is on it. Whenever we need to add something, I just send over the paperwork and they take care of it immediately. I especially appreciate Robyn. She is so quick to get back to me, with either an email or phone call.
