Unethical business practices sourcing leads from third-party information. You are contacting me saying I requested a quote, when in reality, you bought my information from an inspectors CRM software and used to it spam me with unwanted offers and communication. I will NEVER work with a company that has these unscrupulous business practices.
They told me I had to pay my bill by the 12th, I tried to pay it online thru their site and it wouldn’t let me login. I emailed them asking them to give me a call or email (it was after they closed for the weekend). They never called. I forgot about it until I was sitting in front of a cop today. I called them and they said my policy was cancelled and I needed to pay $363 to reinstate it. I did. Michael Miller (insurance agent) has gone above and beyond to help me with my unique insurance circumstances. I have had my car insurance thru his office for around 5 years, and I wouldn't consider anyone besides him to handle my homeowner's insurance. I can't say enough good about Michael!!!
