We have tried to call to cancel our home owners insurance. We can never get in touch with a live person at this office. It rings so long it goes to corporate American Family. Corporate tells us the agent has to cancel it. Left messages at the office, and still no return call. This is not an uncommon occurrence with this agent. Time and time again we've called for assistance with other insurance items, and no one answers.

She professioanlly initiated a very thorough quick response for the adjuster to assess my Fathers situation so that he may continue to live in a safe environment.

Mashayla has been my agent for years, and I couldn't ask for a better one! My son had a concern and could not reach her. ( HE'S ALSO A TAD IMPATIENT ). I told him I'd reach out and assist. She replied immediately and apologized for the confusion in communication and contacted my son. She did so quickly, and resolved all of his concerns. I appreciate her very much.
