Paid 1.5x the amount here for the same coverage at a different company. Home and auto here for over five years. Recommend other insurance agencies that have better customer service and isn’t a rip off.
Kris and Shelly are awesome, very knowledgeable, attentive and has always helped in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this agency.
Local agency is ok but the main corporate office does not handle claims professionally nor investigate thoroughly. My experience was that they settle quick in their own interest against the customer but do not honor the policy nor go the extra mile for the customer. The price is cheap but the service from Madison WI is bad. This was my experience.
