Kim is a wonderful agent who has helped me for many years with my insurance policies. She has always been there for me if something went wrong like auto accident or hail to our roof. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of insurance.
I loved dealing with Kimberly and crew. They always got back to me when they said they would. Her pricing was very reasonable. The only reason we switched was that we moved out-of-state and she could no longer be our agent.
Kim is so nice and patient she helps people everyday make the right decision on insurance. When people go inside she always ask about them and their family she knows all of her clients. When she is on the phone she helps people understand and makes sure to be clear. Even though she is a hard worker she always makes time for her family.
