One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, no customer service. We had an issue in our wall and when it finally caved in we called them as soon as we noticed it. Doesn’t matter we should of known what was happening in our walls because apparently all American family employees have cameras and sensors in there walls to alert them to moisture…. Must be nice, customer service sucks we were bounced around to several people to deal with our mess. Our agent was zero help he said his hands are tied I just collect your money… ... read more

These guys go above and beyond. AFI seems to beat a lot of other insurance companies on rates, too!
