A Great Agent We have had Dustin for our insurance agent for a little over two years now, and couldn't be more happy with his service. He is personable, kind and professionall. Not only did our quote for apartment, car, and business insurance come in for less than our Geico quote, but when we moved to a house, our transition was flawless. I got into a car accident about two months ago, and Dustin took care of it so quickly!
American Family Insurance- Julia Meek falls short. Julia Meeks treated my application with little regard and dismissed the assistance I needed in understanding the bonding and insurance process. I was put on hold, told she was out of the office,(while she was in the office) and in one E-mail, I asked her if she had a quote for me, she replied "NOT YET!" She also went ahead and sent me a bond premium with out ever going over the terms or the premiums. I would NOT recommend this branch.
American Family Insurance- Julia Meek is fantasic julia has been my agent for 3 years. She is really good, infact when I need something she calls me right away. We lost all of our food a couple years ago in the storm and she gave us a costco gift cert to cover the cost

Great Customer Service Stacia gives new meaning to Customer Service - a polished professional with attention to every detail. I don't think I saved any money with American Family but I definitely got more and better coverage for about the same price.
