I have been American Family for 50 years! I have 4 policies with them. The new rates are 20% higher than their competitors. I have canceled and moved on. Thru the years, I have asked to talk to Jon. He never returns my calls!! He has Char handle everything! Corporate told him to call me before I cancel. He did not! He made Char do it!! He still never called me. Very poor service from Jon! Char should be the agent!
Update: Jon is a great, great guy who always takes good care of me where I feel like I am his only customer. He is a WINNER! Original: Amazing customer service, they'll go out of their way to help you when you need additional support, competitive pricing and excellent coverage. Would HIGHLY recommend for any of your insurance needs. I know I made the right decision to switch over!

Should be Char Insurance. I have only seen and talked to John once in years. Char does it all I think.
