Mr. Scott takes care of all my last minute needs for all our insurance. I'm normally calling in with spur of the moment requests and changes and he patiently and immediately handles it and gets us the best rates as well.
I am very disappointed in the service that I receive from Mr. John Scott's American family insurance company, I called for road side service not knowing that ever time I placed a call for services it was a claim it was put on my motor vehicle driving record now I can't find a insurance company with low rates.
