2 days in a row came to the office to try and get policy documents to complete a claim and no answer or nobody in the office. Not sure if the agent is active anymore....
My parents have had a home policy with Am Fam for years. Recently, we have seen a jump of 25% in their policy. I've made attempts to reach the office to discuss this and see what other options they have, but Jesse has failed to return calls. It concerns me when his staff continues to say "I don't know where he is, so I will take a message and get it to him" It almost appears that he would prefer to lose their business when they have been loyal customers for many years.
