Worst agency I have ever worked with. Recently found out this agent wrote a policy for my townhouse without asking specific questions and insured the whole dwelling under my policy which means I paid out six to $8000 more than I needed to in the past four years. Me and my wife used this agent. For 2 years he has not managed to correctly input information on our homes policy. He has left her ex husband on there despite us continuously clarifying he should not be there, amongst other name change issues. He truly is not adequate and a disappointment. Don’t bother wasting your time, his active listening skills that of a toddler.
