Had a recent theft on my property. Jim and the claims adjustor have been giving me excuses and the run around. Rather than helping me, a customer for over 20 years who has NEVER filed a claim, they are digging for reasons to deny and treating me as if I were trying to defraud them. I'm absolutely disgusted and will NEVER have American Family Insurance again.

The all mighty dollar rules in todays society unfortunately and when the big corporate decides to jack your house insurance 800.00 in 2 years because we bought a new vehicle among other issues it was time to divorce Progressive.
