Gerald and team are great! Especially Kathleen! My car was hit (not my fault), and it ended up being totaled. The person who's fault it was had crappy insurance, so I worked with American Family and Kathleen and she was fantastic! Confused on where these raving reviews are coming from? From what i’ve seen they DO NOT CARE abt you, give you the “i’ll call you right back”, receive ONE WORD responses when asked many questions, won’t explain how & why insurance went up $200 in under 10 months, straight up lied about insurance decrease, etc. Kathy Rago shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t uphold the job description. Don’t waste your time. Looking for new coverage, that’s a given.
