Frank and his team do great work looking for the best insurance for you and your family.
Frank's office is always knowledgeable and helpful. I rarely have to wait to get an answer but they are always careful to give me the correct information. I love the Frank Gundy agency!!!
I have had nothing but trouble with this office. They have not been able to appropriately bill escrow accounts (with 2 different mortgage companies), making their clients play phone tag back and forth to figure it out with them and the mortgage companies. Then they don’t even relay very important information to you about your account. Very disappointing!
Friendliest Office in Colorado Springs. Sometimes I just stop in for a cup of coffee!
