Absolutely, The Best ..We have had Eric Larson for all our insurance needs for almost 20years . If you have questions or concerns.They are just a phone call away .. Spenser is always so helpful . If he doesn't know the answer to a question ..He will find the answers and promptly get the information back to You. I'm more than Happy and Grateful to have Eric Larson for all my insurance needs
Horrendous experience with Eric. It pains me to share this as we were insured by Eric for well over a decade. First of all our home insurance has doubled in 2 years. Went from $4400 a year to $9400 a year, this is with ZERO claims. When I asked for details why he insisted on calling when I specifically asked for everything via email so it is in writing. Wonderful staff. I always feel well informed and if I have any questions they explain it fully In person or over the phone. I’ve never felt rushed or pushed to the side. Highly recommend if you want an insurance agency to be on your side.
Been doing business with Eric for 12 years or so. Basic off my personal experience recently…his professional was not there. Raised my auto insurance by 400 a month. No call. No email. I guess I should have paid more attention on statements! Then obviously I’m going to be frustrated and he acted like I was the problem. Not to mention a perfect driving record. I would find someone else who will communicate better with clients. I would not recommend him. Find another agent
