Kelly Escalera and Timothy Hicks stayed on top of my questions and we got everything resolved before the policy ran out for my house insurance. We communicated via email and I also talked with Kelly on the phone. She is very personable and knowledgeable, reassuring me the outside line protection i added was for both sewer and water lines.

Timothy and the rest of the crew at Ed Reed American Family Insurance are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them, but especially Timothy. I've used them for Insurance for over 10 years, and have always received exemplary service. Rates are very competitive, and I never got the feeling that I was just talking to sales people who only wanted to squeeze every last penny out of me. Thanks for everything you do and have done for me!

I was an American Family customer for 21 years, since 2004, and Edward Reed cancelled my insurance because I accidently made a parcel payment after my father-in-law died. Prior to this, I had always made my payments on time and in full. After I learned of him canceling my insurance, I attempted to call him and talk about it. He was angry and unkind.
