Kelly Escalera and Timothy Hicks stayed on top of my questions and we got everything resolved before the policy ran out for my house insurance. We communicated via email and I also talked with Kelly on the phone. She is very personable and knowledgeable, reassuring me the outside line protection i added was for both sewer and water lines.
Timothy and the rest of the crew at Ed Reed American Family Insurance are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them, but especially Timothy.
