I switched over to the Dylan Merriman Agency several years ago now. Liz Hamlin has been my agent the whole time. She’s given me efficient quotes and service for both vehicle and rental insurance bundles time and time again. Every time I stop in I’m greeted warmly by Kaylee and Liz and even though I no longer live in the area, I still find myself going back!! A+ team!!

Dylan Merriman Agency has been great whenever I have needed them. Very timely on responding to coverage questions and changes. Dylan recently reached out to me about an opportunity to extend out a policy which was a very easy process and I never would have known about if he hadn’t contacted me. Great to work with!

I was with Am Fam for almost 40 years, I dropped them in May and they sent me to a collection company for $20.70 that they said I owed from after my request to cancel. When I called them they kept blaming the new Ins. company saying it was there fault, when I asked why they didn’t tell me I owed $20 they said we sent you a bill, said I didn’t get one, he said I can send you the bills. Your just a number here , they don’t know you and don’t care . Maybe customer service has been lost in a generation , maybe they’re tired of looking at each other . I don’t know , but I’ll be looking somewhere else and you should too
