Derold is the consummate profesionnal. He is very professional, thoughtful, responsive, and gears us towards what we need and doesn't sell us things that we don't need. We highly enjoy working with him!
Derold and the team are great. Communicative, responsive, but not pushy on selling you additional policies and whatnot. I’ve never had an issue with them :)
Good work in finding me affordable premiums with coverage asked for. Zeroed is available and on the job. I originally talked with Bobby who was very helpful when I changed. Both are very good at their job in my opinion.
For the most part they were good and helpful I just didn’t like the hike in my insurance. If the price would have stayed like it was that initially got me to gib with them I’d stayed but it jumped over $100.
