I had an amazing experience working with Dawn Bartell at American Family Insurance. She went above and beyond, taking her time to go through every detail of my car insurance options. She made me much more aware of my coverage, and I was truly impressed by her thoroughness and willingness to help me pick the best possible policy. Received marketing material in the mail so I called to get a home insurance and auto quotes. I left a voicemail but no one called me back. Why is this agency sending out marketing materials when they do not even I guess check their voicemail and/or bother to call someone back who may have done business with them?
