Beware of this place! I had been insured with American Family before this agent David Anderson for our rental property for over 10 years with auto-pay set up. Today received an email that our premium has been refunded. After many calls and messages, got through to Andy who says we were canceled because the premiums went up $17 and the auto pay didn't cover it. I am a current customer of american family insurance. My car broke down and I recently moved across the country. When I tried to call to see if I could get a rental car with my full coverage insurance, it took 30 phone calls and talking to numerous agents after being hung up on, I called this agency.Explain the situation told them that I was being hung up on and then they hung up on me too.So I don't recommend this agency or any American Family Insurance. The woman was extremely nasty.
Highly recommend Dave and the crew! Very understanding and helpful, highly recommend if you're looking for car insurance!
