I have been with Chris Jahnke Agency for years and my auto insurance has increased to the point I am not able to afford it. I had accidents so of course that happens, but this increase was outrageous. After all these years, they seemed like they could have cared less that I had to change auto insurance providers. They do their job, but just a warning that you are evidently not really a client - you are a payment with Chris Jahnke Agency. At least that is how they made me feel.
This office is a great place to obtain and maintain insurance policies. The agents are smart, kind and helpful. Jess was wonderful, professional and informative when I recently submitted a claim. Both at the local and national level, American Family is good people.
