I do not recommend this agent. My brother had an accident with someone hitting his parked car and the building security involved the police to file a report. It’s been over two years with an accident that he was not at fault for, and they wouldn’t reimburse the deductible for this incident still. I kept on asking Bryce on when we would get an update but it kept on getting pushed off until it was too late because the case had been too old now. Very frustrating because nothing was done for my brother.
So far its good just signed up on Friday June 16th. I got more insurance coverage and a lower price 😒
If the would cover my business, they would be 5 stars.
Bryce is the best agent, he's patient and will try to work with his customers to the best of his ability.
