Personalization and tailored customer service care was probably invented by Bruce Siegel and his office staff! I can't even remember when I first became a customer...And I don't remember because I've never had a need to worry about thinking about an insurance agent and my insurance needs. Always preemptive of my needs, responsive to my requests, informative of news and updates: such a seamless experience, just the way i like it!
