I was with this company for around 4 years maybe even closer to 5, had a great experience at first with Josie at the office. She’s sweet, attentive and kind so the only reason this isn’t one star it’s because of her. Josie if I could rate you as a worked totally 5 out of 5.. with that being said.. Long time customer (started with Bob when I was 16 on family plan), however over the past year-and-a-half rates/service was not handled well at all. When I turned 19 or 20 and after speaking with several other insurance companies it was explained to us that it is cheaper to have a kid off the plan ($100/month vs. $50/month). This was not a deal breaker however was unfortunate to learn after several years paying the higher rate.
