Cannot in all honesty recommend American Family Insurance, and especially not Bob Lind. Bob ended up costing me more than 100 dollars unnecessarily because he lied to me on a phone call and then if ored any further attempts to contact him. While I was a paying client, he was somewhat responsive. Once I decided to leave American Family and let him know, he told me I would no longer be billed, but then received an additional month. If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT use this agency. They do not care about returning phone calls. Did not bother to inform me that discounts dropped off because they needed information. I called a dozen times and emailed. They clearly do not care about getting business or customer care. I can assure you if push comes to shove and you need them for an actual disaster or claim you won't be able to get a hold of them. Save yourself time and frustration find a different agent!! They kept billing me after I canceled. When I tried to contact to correct they wouldn't return calls or emails. I had to call corporate to get it straightened out. Do not use them! Terrible!!
