Do not call this company! I had a horrible experience with Bill and some lady who answers the phone for him that was extremely rude to me as a customer.. When I needed answers about my deductible he said he would try to get the information for me, but he never got back to me. When I reached out to him again he told me that he would not be able to get any information for me on my insurance and I asked him why not and got a bunch of runaround. My wife and I had home/auto/life with this agency for 5+ years. No claims on anything through that time. Our home policy was increased 12-14% 3 times with no explanation other than, "That is how it goes" When I started looking elsewhere, we found we could save 10-15% by switching to other companies. When I asked AmFam about this, they asked me to come in and we could make some changes and get the price lower. Essentially they just raise our rates, and hope we don't ask them about it.
