Terrible service. I initially hired them for general liability insurance for my company, and they were very attentive until after I made the payment. They sent me the policy a week later. I requested a quote for workers' compensation insurance, and I've been trying to pay for it for practically three weeks. On top of that, they never answer the phone. Used him for years. One of the nicest guys out there but horrible at communication. Changes I thought were made a year ago weren't. Changed insurance and got about 900 a year on savings with better coverage
