Another day and another day of crappy service! This is the absolute worst franchise in the business! Very poor to no communication, change policy price and terms without notification, he will lie to your face and do something completely different behind your back. They intentionally engage in predatory practices and view you as a victim rather than a valued customer. BUYER BEWARE AND PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENSE SUSPENDED FOREVER! I've been a client of American Family Insurance for 1-2 years now with Arron Perea. I joined AFI when I had my last vehicle and needed coverage for renter's insurance. During my time, I then switched to a newer vehicle and added more policies to my coverage.
