I called to request an in-person meeting before I switch my multiple policies to them, but their customer service was rude and they basically refused to meet up in person with me before I have to make a transfer decision. They lost business from me just like that.
This agency has been great. I know most people choose insurance based solely on price, and I usually do too, but I would be willing to pay a bit extra to have this level of service. Everyone that I have worked with at this agency has really been helpful, not at all pushy, and trying to get me the best deal possible. Highly recommend!
