Tim (owner) American Family HVAC installed a new Goodman Furnace and A/C today. As soon as he arrived drop cloths were put down to protect my floors. He and his employee worked non stop and did a meticulous job. I have used this company for many years maintaining the B old system. It was just time to update. I’m so impressed with the warranty being 10 years parts and labor. This is a first class company I highly recommend!

I have used American Family for years and they are absolutely the best! Tim and his team are honest and super knowledgeable. I had no heat today (on the coldest day of the year). I called American Family and they said David would be there as soon as possible. He called me while enroute to discuss the “symptoms” to assure he had the parts he would likely need based on what I told him. When he got here, David diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. I frequently recommend American Family to friends and acquaintances. I found them after a large franchise contracted with me for an expensive replacement 10 years ago. It didn't sit right and I found American Family - much more reasonable. Most recently, I called for help with my covered humidifier.
