I'm using a week free trial to test the facilities considering becoming a member. The gym has a vast array of equipment more than my current gym ...which allows the ability to experiment with different movements...while reducing the wait time in between using certain equipment. The Staff are welcoming and helpful....Jermain Saunders and Heidi Sistrunk welcomed me and encouraged me to check out the gym while offering suggestions and sharing information freely. Absolutely the best investment I have made, great gym, great atmosphere, kick butt daycare, clean gym and restrooms.
I think its the best gym I've been a member of, the instructors/ classes are awsome, everyone greets you with a smile.
I would like to express how nice and helpful the young Lady at front desk (Mellissa ) is very polite and well mannered Her Parents did A great Job raising her and The Gym should be Proud to have her as an employee. Also she helps us Seniors keep our spirits up and Enjoy our workouts .Thanks to all the personnel At American Family Fitness as well .John and LuAnn Palmer

I just wanted to say how amazing this gym is. Not only is the facility very clean and they have a huge variety of equipment, but the staff is excellent. This morning I asked a staff member Corey where a certain machine was. He was so nice and kindly introduced me to Nick who right away showed me where it was. I then later had a question and saw Kevin. He stopped what he was doing to assist me and was very helpful! Before I left I got a smoothie with Peter and he was so friendly!
