I have no idea how the dentists are or anything. I'm just here with my uncle and it's been over an hour just for a simple cleaning. This waiting room has a terrible smell and this elevator music makes me want to scream!
I use to have panic attacks until I came here. Dentist appointments I didn't do. I had bad experiences as a child. Now I love getting my teeth cleaned and polished. Definitely the place to be if you have trust issues or get panicky at Dentists Offices. They dont laugh at you there, they are understanding and will continue when you are ready. They are conveniently located in Turkey Creek
As great of a dentist as Dr. Konrad is, I think I'm going to find a new dentist. Been dealing with him for years, and I switched to this current office when he switched. My first experience was with what seemed to be inexperienced assistants, and it made for just a poor experience. my 2nd time visiting was just pathetic. I walk in at 10:42 for my 11 appointment and am told "oh sorry we tried to call you, we moved your appointment to 10:30 because we had someone call out sick. Dr Konrad is great. Pain Free procedure. The call service (not desk, but out service) is lacking to say the least, but The dentist is highly recommended 5 stars+.
