I saw Dr. Dziejma when he was in Nashville. Went in for a routine tooth cleaning, but he said I needed a root canal immediately. While I was sitting there, he wanted to go over the payment plan. Provided no explanation, just wanted me to sign. Was very rushed. All this seemed sketchy, so I walked out and got a second opinion. It's been years and I have not needed a root canal. Be aware of this dentist.
I found Dr. Moore and Dr. Bozeman not knowledgeable in children's dentistry. Poor customer service, I won't be returning.
I had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment. They only update the roster with insurance once a month even if you have coverage and need to schedule an appointment now. It is not customer focused and very frustrating. I have Assurant for insurance and I thought they were the problem with this process but now I have switched dental offices and am already 100% happier.
