Began treatment plan with one dentist who left abruptly. Only way I found out was to call multiple times to get in to finalize treatment plan. His replacement does not do the service I need and referred me to another practitioner and assured me my pre-payment would be transferred. I had already paid several thousand dollars toward my treatment, I will refrain from further evaluation until I see how this resolves.
SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Says he'll call in a rx, but doesn't. No apology after me & husband juggled our schedules, just a when do you want to reschedule text.
They explained everything and had time to ask questions as well.
If I have chance to give 0 stars I would. I got my work done 6 months ago I have to get everything redone after paying 1700$ for getting my cavities filled. I am so furious.
