I’ve been to this place three times now, and honestly these people are always very kind, understanding, and nice to talk to. The doctor listens to your symptoms and worries, doesn’t look at you crazy, and tries to find solutions. The staff are very kind checking you in, talking to you and leading you to rooms. Honestly you don’t normally get this kind of service at an urgent care, but I recommend this one. They are also very considerate about insurance cost and things They know what to do. I appreciate them!!
Told my wife she needed a credit card even when she was paying in cash.She even paid the copay in cash. What was the point of a credit card for? Wouldn’t recommend.
I stepped on a nail Saturday and by that night I could barely walk. Sunday was a painful day. I went to AFC to get a booster shot and antibiotics. When I got there everything was smooth. Signing in is easy with the use of your phone now. And so I o my had to wait maybe 15 minutes or so to be called back to see the doctor. It was quick and easy. The Doctor knew exactly what I needed. Today is one day after the visit. I’m walking just fine now. I’m glad I chose American Family Care.
