No nurses or phlebotomists were on site to draw blood for lab work. The visit was a waste of time and money.
This place has gone downhill. Went Monday when I was released from the hospital. Saw Dr. Tuck because I needed to get him to get a PA so my insurance would cover my meds. I had just been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Was told it would be done by the next morning so I could get it as it was my meds for diabetes. Here it is Thursday evening and still nothing done. Sugar is still high, 383 and I've called and also went back in person today. It doesn't pertain to any of them so it's not important even though I NEED IT...
Visit was durable. But they would not extend my doctors note out just one more day. I also had the flu with 101.4 grade fever! I’m not getting over the flu in 2 days! And the excuse they made, “because I was seen on Saturday”. That’s about the most PATHETIC excuse I’ve ever heard. No clarification, nothing all because of the day I was seen by a doctor.
