Everything handled quickly and efficiently. Kate was a great listener and I'm confident she has me on my way to correcting my situation. They are up to date on electronic processing which was easy to complete. This was my first time with American Family Care Nashville South.
Worst experience I’ve had at a clinic. I walk in to check in and the lady doesn’t acknowledge me at all. I checked in online and sat down after waiting a minute. 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, she calls told me she never seen me. She “checked me in” just to see I was already checked in. She was very confused and told me I made two appointments?? She then tried to over charge me $150 for the visit when my copay should be $30 at clinics in my network, and could not explain the numbers to me at all. When... read more
