Great place! Had never been there before but check in and registration was quick and simple. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone in the office was friendly and was the best experience I've had at a walk-in clinic
They have a corporate playbook to answer questions about issues to deflect blame and not take any responsibility for what they did. Then employees, some who are decent, there are others that absolutely can't do their job. Prescribed me one thing in 2024 had issues with a pre-auth, resolved them, then they tried to write me a different prescription this year, therefore messing up my pre-auth and now I don't have the meds I need!!! Can lead to an early death and they don't seem to care.
I like the idea of picking an appt time and pre-registering before you arrive. Then letting them know when you arrive and find out how many are ahead of you. I believe the place runs more smoothly this way. The personnel were all nice and attentive to me. I was in and out within a short period of time!
