Generally good. Prompt. Good doctor. Tech did not properly measure BP. And to be remeasured because my top number was supposedly 180. When it was retaken it was much improved. They first did the cuff over a sweater. That is not an accurate way.
Would not return. I made an appt for me and my 2-year old son as we are both not feeling well. Visit started off on a great start. I called ahead to explain that we both needed to be seen together and receptionist (Robyn) was very kind. When we arrived, there was only one other gentleman in the waiting room and he was called rather quickly. We waited quite a bit longer, but Robyn kept giving us updates that it would be soon and that they were just waiting for a room to become available for us. The staff care is wonderful. I was hurting so bad for days. I was miserable. The doctor and his supervisor friendly staff, the folks up front and nurse were all wonderful. They listen so well. They always feel like friends. My nurse and the front desk staff made me laugh. Teasing me about my appointment scheduling on line 🤣. One said: "We were waiting for you half the day" Something weird happened while scheduling via the app but I had to laugh 🤣. They were awesome! The service, staff, and doctor truly care and helped me. I highly recommend them!
