In my opinion HORRIBLE SERVICE! Super expensive, and once they have the money in hand they don’t care about the client anymore. My package was lost when sent it to Uscis, and I asked for a copy of MY medical exam (which I paid almost $500 for a basic medical exam), and they wanted me to pay them a lot again for a simple copy that should be my right after paying prior for it.
