The fact that I couldn’t be registered because I left my cell phone at home and wasn’t able to scan a bar code was crazy. To be told they have no way of manually registering a patient is absurd.
This was a TERRIBLE experience! It’s only the 2nd time I’ve been here and I said I wouldn’t go back after the first visit! First of all, they didn’t have specimen cups to test for UTI, so I used a cup that wasn’t sealed and set it in a window! I’m waiting in the patient room when a woman comes in and asked if I got her text?? What text?? She never introduced herself as Dr or NP. Then she comes back with a piece of paper with diagnose and RX printed out on it. She NEVER gave me her name or asked me if I had any questions!!!!!... read more
