First patient of the day. The website says same day blood work results in as little as 10 min. Once they get you back there they say 3-5 business days. You show them their OWN website and they say “ we can’t go off what the site says. Maybe another location will be same day. They put us in a room that was clearly not clean, make us wait for another 15 min for testing and finally walk out. Won’t give a refund because “you consulted with a provider” $100. Don’t go here. Dirty, rude, disgusting
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The staff was waiting for me at each step of the way. I did not have to wait. In fact they were waiting for me. This includes check-in, triage, and the care provider. I cannot express enough, my appreciation for the care that I received today. Thank you so much.
I received excellent care from the doctor, to the X-ray technician. Was in and out in less than an hour.
Easy to deal with staff.
