I’ve been here multiple times. Doctors are good. Most front office people are good. But there is this one older lady that’s just horrible. She’s been rude and refused to help me multiple times now. In person she flipped out and caused a scene. Months later I call to get more contacts and she says no that she can’t help me and to have a good day. I call back and someone else answers and they helped. She’s just rude and not doing her job. I asked for her name and no one gave it. I don’t know how she has a job.
Every time I've gone in there Larry's always been exceptional. It's nice to find Genuine customer service still. I appreciate the great service. Top notch!
