I found Dr.Greenley to be rude and dismissive. He also had No knowledge of the eye medication I was inquiring about.

This was probably the worst experience I have had with an eye doctor. The machine used for the eye exam was fogging up and I wasn’t able to accurately assess how well I could see the letters. Instead of figuring out what was going on, Dr. Greenley became frustrated and annoyed. He rushed the appointment along on a new machine. Then he dismissed me when I told him about my medical history. I remembered l left this establishment for a reason. I was prescribe medication that worsen my condition per Kresge Eye Institute. Dr. Greenlys bedside manners need much improvement due to a lack of concern on his part for his clients. His staff is polite, but, his non concern of patients as he hurriedly process you like cattle is uncalled for. I'd rather be told I'm not wanted in his establishment than be treated with such nonprofessionalism.

Incorrect diagnosis, data retrieval method suspect at best. I was hurried through my exam on 5/17/21 and Dr. Greenley diagnosed me with glaucoma after reviewing my exam results with little interaction with me concerning conversation my family history, just made a comment stating glaucoma is common in African Americans. Needless to say, he immediately went into treatment options, one being a laser procedure that I could schedule within the week. I had second thoughts after scheduling the procedure, so I cancelled.
