UPDATE: I thought it couldn't be any worse, but they surpassed even my low expectations. I cancelled this service in April 2019. Today they showed up at my house when I happened to be home sick. They proceeded to spray around my house with no permission. I stopped them and asked to leave because they were antagonizing my dogs. The arrogant young man demanded that I sign something saying I cancelled and proceeded to lecture me on the fine print of the contract. Terrible what a nightmare and I feel like I was robbed $1000 this company is unwilling to even work with me to solve the issues. I hired them I was led to believe that was $900 would cover a year of spray plus $50 to fix a tiny screen I feel like this is overpriced but I went ahead and did it to save the trouble of finding somebody else technician said I could make three payments initial payment I paid more than was agreed-upon he did his initial service I just trusted he was spraying my entire home and spraying for all of t... read more

We believe that we could have done a better job in explaining the service agreement and initial fees. We have sent a letter of apology and have refunded the $810 she paid for the initial fee and for the vent screen that was repaired. We have also canceled the outstanding bill of $116 for the service that she has received and offered her two quarterly services if she needs further service w... read more
