Scheduled an apportionment to see and hear about the product, the whole meeting went well until the end where my wife and I said we just can't do it right now, to which the presenter David seemed to be irritated and wanted to leave as quickly as possible because this was seemingly a waste of his time because we did not buy. Like the product but probably will not be buying from them in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience! If I – Unbelievable. After 4 no show/late showings to either sell, measure, or install the windows, the final straw was when they did come to install, told us they don't move blinds and that they had "better things to do" and left, despite being scheduled to do our install for the whole day. We called to cancel, he offered to take $400 off the $3700 install (for 5 windows...), canceled anyways. Within 2 business days we had a letter from their lawyer seeking $3200 for lost fees and such. I purchased part of my windows in 2009 from American Exteriors to replace my 1950’s wood windows. The old wood windows were cracked, locks broken and completely none energy efficient. After purchasing my first set of six windows to get the front side of my home done I loved them so much in 2010 I purchased two more and a patio door. I noticed my energy bills go down immediately, less noise, no drafts through my house and I felt more secure with strong vinyl windows that lock. Hard Sell/ High Pressure Sales Tactics – Went to local home & garden show looking for replacement windows. Set up appointment with salesperson, they ended up being late. Then the meeting that was supposed to last an hour lasted 3 hours & the salesman Mikal used high pressure sales tactics & said we could not have the deal unless we signed that night (at 10 pm).
