Scheduled an apportionment to see and hear about the product, the whole meeting went well until the end where my wife and I said we just can't do it right now, to which the presenter David seemed to be irritated and wanted to leave as quickly as possible because this was seemingly a waste of his time because we did not buy. Like the product but probably will not be buying from them in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience! If I – Unbelievable. After 4 no show/late showings to either sell, measure, or install the windows, the final straw was when they did come to install, told us they don't move blinds and that they had "better things to do" and left, despite being scheduled to do our install for the whole day. We called to cancel, he offered to take $400 off the $3700 install (for 5 windows...), canceled anyways. Within 2 business days we had a letter from their lawyer seeking $3200 for lost fees and such. Windows – I purchased part of my windows in 2009 from American Exteriors to replace my 1950’s wood windows. The old wood windows were cracked, locks broken and completely none energy efficient. After purchasing my first set of six windows to get the front side of my home done I loved them so much in 2010 I purchased two more and a patio door. I purchased part of my windows in 2009 from American Exteriors to replace my 1950’s wood windows. The old wood windows were cracked, locks broken and completely none energy efficient. Great Work, Great Treatment – I’m a Mr. Fix It kind of guy, so when it came to thinking about window replacement, I thought I had it covered. My wife insisted that we get a couple estimates to at least learn about the products out there, so we did. When we received ours from Hansons Windows, we were literally so impressed. I would highly recommend Hansons Windows – Unlike the previous response, our experience with 1-800-HANSONS has been great! We have a new roof, garage, windows and our siding will be installed tomorrow. The entire procedure from start to finish is running so smoothly; I truly am amazed with how organized and helpful the employees involved are, and how well our turnout has been. I would recommend Hansons Windows to ANYONE who has home improvement needs.

Extraordinary Experience – The experience we have had so far dealing with Hansons Windows has been extraordinary. Everyone, from the customer service reps to Alex our salesperson, has been extremely helpful and informative. I look forward to working with Hansons again when I replace the windows in my home, and also plan on having the gutters replaced, too. Hansons Windows is a reputable, honest company with hard-working employees.

I love my new bay window! – Just to let you know, I had a huge bay window installed yesterday. The crew at Hansons Windows did a wonderful job! It was a perfect fit, even the trim looks great. I highly recommend Hansons to anyone. The crew alone I had make 1-800-HANSONS look like a great company. All of my friends love the work, too. My project manager, Sue, was great as well. Great Windows and Fabulous Service – The Hansons Windows sales representative came to our home and we thought he was excellent. At that point we knew that Hansons was going to be our final choice. He told us about the energy efficient windows that Hansons offers and how they could save us money down the road. We then had Hansons install the new windows in our home.
