I am happy with the product and most of the installation.
I had a great experience with American Exteriors. The salesman was not a high pressure type of guy, and everyone involved was very professional. I was extremely impressed with Installer Curt. Very meticulous about his work .
From salesman to installers everything went professionally, smooth and efficient; Installers were quick, professional and friendly. The windows look great!
Easy people to work with and always on time and professional. Only took a half a day for installation and we are loving our new Windows!
Horrible service, horrible installation, and horrible product all around experience was terrible save yourself and run to a different company ! Upper Management = Jamica and many others are nothing but a headache ...David Robinson promises everything will be fixed and then the next time you call he quit and you sit scratching you're head in astonishment!
