The windows are fine but they have a lifetime guarantee. We had one break and it took one year to replace. When it was replaced the replacement was cracked and it has been 5 months and no one can get here to replace it. Would NOT recommend!
Found on google search and Angies list for window replacement in Sioux Falls. As reviews are mixed I wanted to meet local person "Mike". Day of estimate a new employee from Omaha came to door. Asked what happened to local guy Mike and was informed he was sick--asked if I could reschedule but he was on vacation the next week. I guess timing was bad for getting acquainted with local representative--no bid no deal.
They did a great job on our siding got done just before the 14 inch snow blizzard.they actually had some pretty nice days to work. We were pleased with there work. All that is left is for them to pick up the rest of the siding that was not used . thank you for a great job done
American Exteriors annually trolls our neighborhoods with outdated, number farming, door-to-door sales pitches. I guess junk mailers are too high-tech for them in the 21st century. I might feel sorry for their low-wage laborers if they didn't make them behave so aggressively. Businesses like American Exteriors don't care about their reputation or customer loyalty.
