poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On 12/22/2015@ approximately 11:52 AM, I went to Kroger on 4115 Columbia Rd in Martinez, GA. Their Telephone number is 706-863-9635. I bought two American Express cards each for the $180.00 and $4.95 activation fees were paid. Upon getting home, only one card was found, but activation receipts for both were in a bag with only one of the cards (ending #5218).
