This was the worst experience they wanted to charge me 50$ for my service animal and I told them I did not have it and they told me to cancel and they would approve my refund and ive been fighting with them ever since, they apparently don't care if we are out on the street.
The woman at the front desk is the nastiest woman I have ever encountered. The room was dirty and the drunk man kept knocking on my door.
The manager was amazing and always made sure we had a clean room and that we were taken care of. She is a super hard worker and made sure that the property was clean as well as that there was no delinquence loitering on the property.
