We thought we had scored an amazing deal on a 2 queen kitchenette room... turns out the only thing getting a good deal was the hotel. The "no refunds" policy suddenly made a whole lot of sense. Our room was filthy, run down, and the A/C was basically decorative. It was 92°F when we checked in and still in the mid-80s by checkout.
