Clerk did not honor our reservation price, charging twice the amount, said there were no rooms available for the second night of our reservation, check back later.. Later the price was even more if we wanted a room.. by then we were ready to leave . We did and went elsewhere.. The kitchenett was not functional, room was bad. Employee was very bad.
This hotel appears nice, it is not. Our room was painted several different shades of blue and purple. The bathroom mirror was taped on, air vent had no vent, toilet had a broken piece, shower handle was broke, water pressure for hot water sucked. We needed towels they didn't have any either. The fabric chair in the room had stains all over it. Photos are from just the bathroom.
Just slept for one night, I always used super.com app its save money. Front person is so nice and she doing paperwork quick and not even 5 minutes.
Stayed here a week on vacation it was cheap in the middle of where we needed to be. The people who work here were awesome. I will definitely be coming back the next time I come to AZ. You’re lucky to live in a beautiful state!!!
