Wrong number but very helpful
I too have had a horrible experience with Highland Terrace Apartments. My apartment was flooded with raw sewage due to neglect of maintenance of the tree's which affected the plumbing on Nov 16th . With no emergency contact number and the property manager out of town this situation/flooding continued for 3 days. I have yet been able to go back into my apartment because of the conditions.
