I went in earlier today to request lab work, and was denied because they no longer take BCBS. That’s okay and all, I was just not really happy with the lady’s attitude she had from the start. She was quite rude and cynical, which isn’t really the best attitude to have when you have people coming in for blood draws who more than likely struggle with fears regarding this. Either way, it’s not a welcoming place.
