I rented unit 2026 at La Terraza condos. From the onset the experience was bad. In the time I lived there, I saw over 200 scorpions. Some hypothesized that there must have been a nest. Upon move out, they withheld $25 for a cracked $13 toilet seat that I had replaced prior to moving out. I sent them an e-mail requesting this be addressed. They didn't respond.
